Free for 90 days — including moving your data across and standing your clinic up with you. Then $750 per location per month, locked for two years, agreed in writing before day one.
How it works
- You apply. We read it ourselves and come back within two business days. If you are not a fit we will say so plainly rather than leave you waiting.
- We agree terms first. The price after the free period is signed before anything starts, so there is no renegotiation later and no surprise at day 91.
- We move you across. Your patients, appointments, conversations, and documents come over under a governed migration with an audit trail — not a spreadsheet and a weekend.
- You go live. You get a launch checklist inside Oben and a person, not a ticket queue.
- Day 91. It continues at the founding rate unless you tell us to stop. Cancelling is an email, not a retention call.

That is the whole trade. The 90 days are free because your honesty in the first quarter is worth more to us than your first quarter of revenue.
Who this is for
Owner-operated cash-pay clinics — weight loss and GLP-1 first, and cash-pay wellness generally — running roughly a hundred or more active patients a month across one to ten locations, where the marketing stack and the patient record are two different systems and somebody is carrying data between them by hand.
It is not for insurance-billing practices, and Oben is deliberately not a certified EHR. If that is what you need, we will tell you rather than sell you.
