These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the oben.care website (the “Site”), operated by Oben (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Use of the Oben product itself is governed by separate customer agreements.
The Site is informational
The Site describes the Oben product and company. Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, and nothing on the Site creates a physician–patient relationship. If you have a medical concern, contact a qualified clinician; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Product status
Oben is in active development. Descriptions of features, timelines, and capabilities reflect our current plans and may change without notice. Statements about compliance describe our design goals and infrastructure posture and are not a certification.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, probe or breach its security, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it to transmit unlawful content.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Oben name, logo, text, and design — are owned by Oben or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not use our marks without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oben will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Oben is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
